Trade show displays
The practice of making trade show displays is something of an art.
Even though they do not teach this in art school, there is still an
inherent artistic quality to the design and implementation.
If you have found out recently that it is your responsibility to produce
trade show displays, but you do not know where to start, please read
on for a few guidelines:
• Remember neatness and visibility – When putting together
a display like this, remember the main reason for the display is to
attract people to your space. Neatness and visibility are key here.
Usually those who register their displays earliest get the pick of what
places they might want to put in their trade show displays.
• Bring in a crowd – If you truly want people to see the
work that you have done on your trade show displays, you are going to
want to bring in a crowd. Perhaps the best way to do this is by giving
away prizes. Maybe instead of just giving items away, it might also
be a good idea to play games that draw a crowd as well as giving out
prizes. Doing anything out of the norm is always a surefire way to attract
attention.
Making great trade show displays takes a lot of work and thought, but
if you are able to attract people to your booth, you have succeeded.
