If you have a trade show or other similar event coming up, learn as much as you can about display boards as the foundation of your presentation.
Of course, before you even buy any display boards, you should have a solid concept for what your display will look like. There are many different sizes, shapes, colors and styles of display boards. If you choose the board before you decide on your display, you will limit your options.
On the other hand, if you wait until you have a good idea bout what your display will look like before you buy the necessary boards, you will be able to work effectively.
These boards can be just about as big or as small as you would like. For example, if you want a display that fits nicely on a small table, it may be best to look into getting a tabletop board with metal hinges.
If you are really looking to do something dramatic to get your point across, you may actually purchase room dividers that double as display boards. These allow you to divide your space as well as space to post large items for more dramatic effect. You can special order boards made to look like your company logo or a pattern of your logo.
Choosing the right boards will help you as you try to create and present your product or service at a trade show.
